Since arriving in France, and for ten years, she learned ‘the trade’ working her way from office support through Agent Co, Business Development Manager and Head of HR and Training in an award winning national French immobilier.
If ever a person brought an insider’s touch to the world of Formation Continue, it is Judith.
She leads a team of French and British trainers.
As leader of Formation Plus her personal mission is to continue to provide the most cost effective and accessible online modules in support of Agents Commerciaux across France in the pursuit of ever greater professional standards.

Soraya Randal - Head of Training.

Soraya has been working and latterly training in French estate agency since 2012.
She specialises in developing induction and basic training programmes for agencies. Her forte is systems training for new starters, and intermediate training for improvers. Soraya works with the rest of her team to continuously develop and improve our existing modules and introduce new topics to keep life interesting. Her endless patience and expertise make the learning process a pleasure for all who work with her.

Rob Longley

Rob is co-founder, co-owner and CEO of the multi-award winning estate agency Beaux Villages Immobilier, and The Spanish Estate Agent.
He combines these duties with his passion for the design and delivery of negotiation skills, conflict resolution and customer service training.
He has delivered Formation Continue since its inception to several French estate agencies across southern France.
His formal introduction to training came in a previous career in retail sales in the wine industry where he progressed from local manager to area trainer.
He speaks English, French and basic Spanish.

Julie is co Managing Director and Marketing Director for Beaux Villages. With more than 20 years of experience in property journalism, photography and advertising, and 12 years with Beaux Villages, she engages fully to pass on her knowledge to others.

Tim is co Managing Director and Finance Director of Beaux Villages. He has UK experience in Total Quality consulting and wrote a book on the subject entitled "Business Improvement Made Simple".
